Becky Wagner brings a wealth of clinical leadership and operational expertise to her role as Director of Clinical Operations. A board-certified Public Health Nurse, Becky holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University, where she specialized in executive nurse leadership and healthcare management. Becky obtained her nursing diploma from Citizens School of Nursing in 2014, a BSN from California State University – San Marcos in 2022, an MSN from Duquesne University in 2024, and plans to graduate with a DNP from Duquesne University in 2026. Her academic foundation and professional drive have shaped a career dedicated to advancing patient-centered care through strategic innovation and quality improvement.

Becky has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in implementing evidence-based practices that elevate patient outcomes and streamline care delivery. Her strengths lie in strategic planning, workflow optimization, resource utilization, and clinical program development. She has consistently demonstrated a talent for designing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve both staff and patient engagement.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Becky enjoys traveling—especially to national parks—connecting with fellow healthcare leaders, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
